About True North Recovery Services True North Recovery Services is a Denver-area addiction and mental health treatment provider serving men and women, built on a simple belief: lasting recovery is about more than sitting in a room and talking. Our movement-integrated approach pairs evidence-based clinical care with physical activity, structure, and community. Our clinicians combine licensed therapy credentials with fitness and somatic training, and they treat substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Clients can also connect to structured, peer-supported sober living through our partner, Elevate Recovery Homes, and scholarships are available for those who qualify. PHP and IOP Programs What sets True North apart is how every clinical group begins: with one hour in our private on-site gym, followed directly by group therapy. Clients move first, then do the work of therapy with a clearer head, more energy, and a stronger connection to their peers. We offer three levels of care, each with morning, afternoon, and evening cohorts so treatment can fit around work, school, and family: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our highest level of outpatient care, with the most structure and clinical support. It is a good fit for clients who need daily support and for those stepping down from residential or detox. IOP-5: Intensive outpatient care five days a week. It keeps a strong routine and frequent contact while clients begin returning to everyday life. IOP-3: Intensive outpatient care three days a week. It gives clients a lighter schedule to build on their progress and practice recovery skills in real life.
